Senior Growth Marketer
Options AI is a technology-first brokerage firm seeking a dynamic and versatile action-orientated marketer to play an integral role in contributing to its rapid growth.
Our ideal candidate is self-driven, detail-oriented, and is an excellent multi-tasker. They should also have clear experience working with customer data, attribution methodologies, and paid, earned, and owned media platforms.
The candidate should also have a successful track record of meeting goals in a fast-paced environment with a passion for constant improvement.

The Role:


You will work directly with the founding team to build, orchestrate and execute our acquisition strategy.
You will be responsible for building on, maintaining, and improving our existing marketing infrastructure and overseeing the expansion of our capabilities to support the launch of additional acquisition channels and mediums.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive growth while ensuring the reliability and compliance of our data and systems.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer’s journey and identify opportunities to better acquire and activate clients.
  • Discover and vet new acquisition opportunities to test.
  • Lead the performance marketing function and own the holistic acquisition strategy, driving towards ambitious user growth goals while maximizing ROI.
  • Build, establish and maintain relationships with 3rd parties such as influencers, publishers, industry experts, and complementary service providers.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to build new capabilities to up-level measurement, ensuring we have sound attribution and reporting capabilities.
  • Support management team in providing guidance and input for ongoing growth and sustainable expansion strategies.
  • Oversee the creation of advertising and promotional material/assets and coordinate were required with the compliance team members.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop media strategies to support new product launches and growth initiatives, as well as support content distribution efforts.
  • Manage our social media channels and ensure compliant distribution of content and engagement strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

  • T-shaped acquisition channel skillset: you have deep exposure to at least one performance marketing channel but are knowledgeable enough in other channels to hit the ground running.
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong Google Analytics experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • An understanding of the stakeholders in the ecosystem (consumers, news media, and regulators).
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in customer acquisition, product marketing or growth marketing.
  • Experience in a tech company where customer and data insights are paramount.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in solving complex problems and implementing rapid solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn complex subject material quickly.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a bias towards action.
  • Experience testing and scaling new paid marketing channels from the ground up
